Internet-scale observations of credential abuse, encryption and PKI health, DNS and routing trust, and email authentication.
Three subdomains. Each is measured (enough fresh evidence to score), partial (evidence shown, not enough to score) or unavailable (with the reason). Coverage is how much of the intended measurement exists; confidence describes only the measured portion and is absent when nothing is measured.
Every rule must hold. Until then no overall number is shown — the state says partial coverage or calibrating instead.
The same metrics arranged by the canonical taxonomy the tier is scored against.
Every value below states the source, the population it was measured across, the window, and what kind of measurement it is. Coverage and confidence are reported separately from pressure — uncertainty is never folded into the number.
The Identity & Trust plane has not collected yet. Nothing is shown rather than a zero: an uncollected measurement is not a healthy one.
